After Lucas passed his 2mths oldi started training to sleep on his own..
so from monday onwards.. after changing into his pyjamas, i'll let him sleep on his small pillow & insist tt he hugs his own bolster to bed..
for the 1st 2night i still hav to b there to pat him
but from the 3rd night onwards, i'll let set him onto bed
and he hugs bolster n sleeps by himself w his pacifier.. n his able to sleep continuously for5-6hrs waking up only once for his night feed..
i'm sooo happy for both Lucas & myself
otherwise next tym i work, at night i wan him to sleep with me
but i cant possibly keeps hugging him at night
so its good to train him early
