BTO Launch

I've been waiting for this BTO to launch for weeks since the BTO @ Segar wasnt really ideal - refering to the location

Woke hubby up for lunch & headed down to HDB hub to view the actual showflat. It was awesome! hubby & i first view the 3rm and we already loved it sooo much. partly becos they build the showflat & design it was classic furniture.

I've always love-d corner unit more for i get more privacy compared to corridor units. This batch of BTO units are all corner units :)

After tt we went to view the 4rm as we wanted to compare. I was open to the option of getting a 4rm too.

Since i wanted to get e flat badly, i told hubby to go back & fetch granny. I wan her to view the showflat & giv me opinion. The first thing she love-d was the spacious kitchen & sundry corner as well as the washroom.

So after discussing with mil & working out the sums with hubby. I managed to convince him tt lets start small with a 3rm first Since its only hubby me & BB Lucas staying there. This way we do not have to spend alot of time cleaning cos i'll be doing most of the housework.

With tt we can pay of the monthly housing loan with our CPF. And if possible we're still able to afford a car.

I'm hoping sooo much we can get the flat succesfully. Cos the reponse was overwhelming! 2nd day only, the application for 4rm are fully snap, currently the chances of getting a 4rm is 1 : 6 & for 3rm 1 : 1.5

Helped hubby to search for more jobs in IT industry. Job available in this industry is very limited & mostly requires experience. And it was hubby's lucky day. immediately 2 co replied & arrange for interview on friday - GOOD LUCK hubby! muacks muacks


Thrusday
Woke up early to get breakfast. Last time i will order for mac delivery but now mus save up for flat liao. every cents counts now.

Also went to the market to get some ingredients for cooking tonight
Today hubby ORD loh. He was soooooooo HAPPY! finally can get his PINK IC after 2yrs
